Do You Need Quick Care?
Quick Care by Alegre Home Care brings affordable, personalized support to residents of independent living communities. If you need more help than your community currently provides but are not ready for Assisted Living, Quick Care offers a flexible, convenient way to maintain your independence with confidence.
With services available in increments as short as 15 minutes, neighbors in the same community can receive prompt, efficient assistance at an exceptional value tailored to their individual needs.
Our on-premises caregivers are professional, state-licensed, registered Home Health Aides who can help with everyday tasks without the typical three- to four-hour minimums many agencies require—or the risks of hiring independent providers.
We offer flexible packages for morning and evening routines, plus individual services customized to fit your personal needs.

Which communities have Quick Care by Alegre Home Care available?
We currently partner with Solstice Senior Living in Santa Rosa and The Villa at San Mateo.
Call us to start services if you already reside in one of our partner communities:

If you are interested in receiving Quick Care in your community, please reach out and we will be happy to meet with the administration in your community to discuss how a partnership with Alegre Care to offer Quick Care benefits the residents and the community.
Is there a minimum number of minutes or visits?
We bill by the service and the Level of Care. Many of our services take 15 minutes or less for Level 1 clients so the minimum number of visits is one which lasts approximately 15 minutes.
Is there a minimum number of days required?
No. Residents can use the service occasionally or regularly depending on their needs.
What are Levels of Care?
During the initial assessment, we’ll identify the appropriate Level of Care, based on the resident’s abilities, preferences, and the estimated time needed to complete each task. Once services begin, we reassess to make sure each resident receives the right amount of support for their actual needs.
Levels of Care Estimated time:
- Level 1: Up to 15 minutes
- Level 2: Up to 30 minutes
- Level 3: Up to 45 minutes
- Level 4: Up to 1 hour
For days or times when you need more than Quick Care, Hourly Care and Extended Care are also available — giving you flexible support when and how you need it.
Is Hourly Care available if I need more support?
Yes. If you have a sudden need for hourly care due to an illness or injury recovery, we can offer hourly care on a temporary or long-term basis. As your needs change, our care can change with you. We can add longer visits for rehabilitation, illness, recovery, or daily support—up to 24 hours a day—so you can stay comfortable, supported, and confident at home.
Quick Care isn’t available in my community. How can we get services?
We can offer hourly care in homes and independent living communities other than those were we have established the Quick Care program. If you live in a community that doesn’t currently offer our Quick Care services, please reach out and we will be happy to meet with your community to discuss how Quick Care benefits both the community and the residents who live there.
